ICON’s offers two Minimum Essential Coverage (MEC) health insurance plans through Apex.
Employees can enroll in the base MEC which covers preventative services only, in addition to $0 unlimited telehealth and virtual mental health services. The Employee Only base plan is FREE to all Full-Time employees.
Employees can buy up to the MEC Plus Advantage Plan which covers in-person primary care, specialist urgent care, labs/imaging, and prescription drug benefits; the Plus Advantage plan also includes indemnity benefits (you are paid directly if major life events such as hospitalization occur).
