ICON’s offers two health insurance plans on Aetna’s Performance Network, which includes Banner Health and HonorHealth providers.
Employees can enroll in the base PPO which has a $8000 deductible and includes no cost CVS Minute Clinic visits and $0 telehealth. Employees can buy up to the slightly more expensive HSA health insurance plan which has a $6500 deductible.
