Philip Kleitsch, Owner
Philip Kleitsch co-founded ICON Injection Molding in 2001 with his two brothers, Danny and Steve. At a young age Philip began working at his father’s company, Frontier Tool & Mold. He became an apprentice Tool Maker and learned old-world tool making craftmanship. He brings to the team business acumen, vision, and leadership, serving as the President and CEO of the company.
Danny Kleitsch, Owner
Danny Kleitsch co-founded ICON Injection Molding in 2001 with his two brothers, Philip and Steve. Danny became a master tool maker and engineer when working for his father at Frontier Tool & Mold and has continued to lead ICON, marrying cutting-edge artistry and science, as the Chief Engineering Officer for the company. He works closely with ICON’s clients to provide truly custom solutions.
Steve Kleitsch, Owner
Steve Kleitsch co-founded ICON Injection Molding in 2001 with his two brothers, Danny and Philip. Steve brings to the team management and procurement experience from inside and outside the manufacturing industry. As the Chief Logistics Officer, Steve works with ICON’s supply chain to ensure quality and reliability in our sourcing, at the best prices. He also works directly with many clients to support truly excellent customer service.
Nancy Kleitsch, Chief Financial Officer
Nancy Kleitsch assisted Danny, Philip, and Steve to found ICON Injection Molding in 2001. She put together the first business plan and continues to lead ICON through strong financial analysis. She brings to the team over 30 years of accounting and finance experience, having served as the CFO for Westcare, Inc.—a multinational healthcare and land development conglomerate. Nancy has a master’s degree in Accountancy from the University of Phoenix, is a Certified Management Accountant, and a member of the Institute of Management Accountants. Nancy has a heart for service and founded ICON Cares during the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020.
Nicole Kleitsch-Killam, Chief Administrative Officer
Nicole Kleitsch-Killam grew up in the plastic injection molding industry but didn’t start in her official administrative capacity at ICON until 2010. After receiving her bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Grand Canyon University, Nicole became a certified Human Resources Professional and built ICON’s HR into a world-class department. Nicole is committed to continual learning, especially in the fields of plastics and manufacturing, and continues to bring her distinctive, professional flair to the company’s HR, Business Office, payroll, Quality Department, and safety while handling high-level administrative processes such as corporate policies, contracts, and marketing.
Joel Robles, Operations Director
Joel Robles started at ICON Injection Molding in 2011 as an Operator. Joel was quickly identified due to his previous management experience and strong work ethic and he worked his way up through the Materials Department to eventually became ICON’s Production Manager. Joel worked very closely with ICON’s former Operations Director, Jim Rhodes, who mentored Joel in all aspects of managing ICON’s operations from principles of lean manufacturing to utilizing Excel as a master. Joel’s many years working for ICON from the base level up give him a unique perspective of all levels of ICON’s operations and a wealth of invaluable knowledge on all of our parts.
Michael Bose, Engineering Director
Mike Bose was brought on to ICON Injection Molding in 2020 to help spearhead the company’s new Medical Division. Mike started in the industry learning the trade of Tool Making and eventually became the Operations Director of Stockwell Scientific prior to their closure in 2020. In 2024, Mike transitioned to serving as the company's Engineering Director, lending his experience as an engineer to ICON's worldclass project management team.
Ken Wolf, Quality Director
Ken Wolf returned to ICON Injection Molding in 2022 to join the executive management team as the company’s Quality Director. Ken has a diverse background in leading manufacturing and quality departments in various industries, from semi-conductors to plastic injection molding. Ken has a strong background in statistical analysis and experimental design, which enables a more scientific approach to problem solving and process improvement activities. Ken enjoys working with customers and co-workers in a cooperative problem-solving environment.
Jeff Galindo, Executive Operations Specialist
Jeff Galindo previously worked as ICON Injection Molding’s Processing Manager and rejoined our team in 2022 as Executive Operations Specialist. Jeff is an expert processor who has worked closely with our largest injection molding machine provider, Nissei, consulting on the set-up of injection molding projects across the nation. Jeff is dedicated to facilitating excellent project management for new customers and being a resource to elevate our staff with training related to principles of processing, scientific molding, leadership and management.
